The only dislike is that I did not know about this service sooner!
In regards to the installation, we didn't receive the level of service that we purchased. The initial setup of the service was not completed in the promised time period. We set up two different services (ArcServe and AlienVault), and later were required to back out all ArcServe related changes and ship back the hardware. Three months after the installation and we're still not done.
Sometimes it's a bit complex to customize

We purchased an expensive option to have AT&T provide us with "white glove" installation and configuration services. The selling point for that was, they would be able to get us up and running in one week.
