i like having 1 account that can accommodate unlimited lines without the need of a senseless sub account.
I like the fact that I have ATT service in most places that I travel too and therefore I am never truly out of contact
When needs arise, we have the flexibility to move lines to other accounts to avoid incurring overage fees or throttling
business promotions are lacking.
I dont like how bad the service has gotten as a whole
Coverage area could be better considering 5g mapping has shown significantly larger coverage areas than actual performance would indicate

AT & T Mobility not the best customer service
AT & T Mobility is not the greatest in customer service. When trying to find out who our account rep was, it took forever to get someone on the line who knew what/where to look for this information. Once we acted upon the information received, we were passed off rep to a "partner" affiliate company, who was fine until your order was complete ,then they ignore your communications unless you are purchasing something more.
