Overall experience is good, we are using more than 200+ SIM cards and two lease lines of Airtel, the support is very good, support team gives a response and resolution before closure timeline, very happy with multiple services.

My overall experience has been satisfying and positive. I've used this service in my previous organization. The coverage is really great and I have not faced any complications with network connectivity.

The Verizon business platform has highs and lows. The ability to edit an individual phone line as well as the price per line is great, however knowing the best way to support an overall business plan can be hard to navigate. The names of the plans are very similar and deciding the best way to go about purchasing a phone in a rough-on-equipment construction industry can be challenging. We want the best deal for the company, but also understand that a 2 or 3 year phone plan can have its challenges with breaking things and employee turnover.

Very reliable and strong network performance, excellent customer service, competitively priced and flexible. The account management team has been responsive and proactive.

Amazing functionality, UI, and features provided. Much more so compared to another service we use for similar business operations. The support is also noticeably better in terms of availability, response/resolutions time, and treatment overall.

Dialog Axiata provides number of services including local voice calls, international direct dialing (IDD) calls, mobile data 3G/4G and international television channels through satellites. Personally I am currently using all of these services and nothing except a few drawbacks with their services. For example it is sad to state that they are unable to provide an enough data speed even to stream a simple video. Not only that, the customer care service of this mobile company has low responsive rate.

The fiber optic internet service is more unstable than it should be. I think it's normal, but not as often as it is.

As a user, I think Telus is not much different than other wireless service providers in Canada. But I do admire this company and its mental health campaigns. This demonstrates this company's social responsibility which is a huge plus to draw potential customers closer.
