I did like their original offer and payment structure as well as the appearance that it was going to be simple and easy to work with them.
Customer service is responsive and helpful. New device/service deployment is easy and quick (two days generally). Cancelling or replacing the service is fairly simple.

Their approach to resolving issues and not being transparent with what and how you're being charged. As well as customer service representatives that didn't know what they were doing.
Getting a data usage report is not in the web portal - we need to ask customoer service each time. Hotspot devices cannot be plugged in at all times - they auto shut off to protect the battery (minor issue). Larger networking devices do not have atenaes.
