The experience has been very good both in theory and in use/practice. We have managed to upgrade to version 9.4.1-r1 with all the customization that we had in the company with the previous version. In use with day-to-day processes it has been very satisfactory since when the version was migrated, applications connected automatically and began to use the queues and queue manager pointing to the same DNS.

A good cloud native offering over the experience of Confluent has been positive to date.

In the field of JMS(Java Message Service), TIBCO is one of the leading platforms, known for its great flexibility, easy user experience and customer support. It is widely used because of its seamless UI and reliability that comes with the brand name. Tibco might be on a little higher end as compared to its competitors but the services it provides are at par. They can improve the configuration that takes a little time, which is sometimes tricky too.

RabbitMQ is a very stable and powerful messaging solution in our environment. It is a really reliable message delivery system especially for asynchronous processing needs.

Having a tool like Ably has made easier stay up-to-date in real time. Our team is able to resolve in a quick manner whatever issue comes its way. The documentation provided is really good but some questions and doubts are left unclear at times, this might be due to a lack of community channels to ask public questions. All in all, the tool is great, makes things a lot easier and our team is really happy working with it.

Overall, I am pleased with this vendor. Their quality, communication and support were all very strong.
