I am the Product Manager of the Mobile team and I highly use Browserstack for remotely testing various features and debugging. The UI is very clean and very self-explanatory, we are allowed to upload custom builds and then access them remotely, which greatly assists me in actually seeing how the feature looks before releasing to customers. Amazing experience overall!
