Not always globally low latency, may not be the highest of uptime/availability
1. An overall view to the users can be provided. Example - total storage, egress, api calls etc 2. Access control of the dashboard can be improved - allowing different personas to have access to different areas of the dashboard, especially the billing manager persona.
