I like the features available in Product.
Integrates well with corporate systems. Good role and entity based security to provide the right information at the right time. Good balance of meeting our specific needs and providing feedback on best practices.
Support via support-portal could be improved. Often answers / questions, showing lacks in understanding needs of customer, but gets better when consultant becomes integrated - in those cases team works good together from customers POV. Discussions, if its really necessary to implement new fixpacks instead of solving special problems with small and fast hotfixes.
Support SLAs are not met with our company standards/protocols.
Ongoing support staff is a little weak compared to the development staff. We have struggled some with the support staff not quite being up to speed on all aspects of the solution.

What we miss, is a possibility to reduce upload-needs for always same documents - means - a functionality to place a typical document anywhere else, and refer to that doc always/ again f. e. from each new PO ... Our experience with Bamboo Rose's Trade Solutions over the last 13 years has been exceptional! The product has all the capabilities we need, and continue to grow through innovation, that can be configured for our unique business and processes. As with any product there are always challenges, but Bamboo Rose has been a great partner in working with us through many of those challenges and partnering with us to grow the product and capabilities. Implementations of upgrades are smooth compared to other experiences, and we have full support when needed.
