We can set up if-this-then-that rules automating actions, and we also have AI integrations to generate product descriptions, translate listings for international markets, and even remove backgrounds from product photos.
It has been highly effective in streamlining my operations and the support has been excellent. It has many time saving automations.
The integrations are really thorough. Warehouse synchronization is very very convenient. And the bulk edit has saved me tons of time.
We may be missing out on advanced automations because we are not exploring the Be.com academy or the settings deploy. There is a need to invest time to learn and read documentation.
There have been a couple of sync errors in the past which can cause a disruption. Rising costs make me think it will not be as economical as I once hoped. The learning curve at the beginning was steep, but that comes with any new tool
There is definitely a learning curve. My team had a hard time learning it at first and getting everything hooked up was definitely an investment.
