I like that you can review the performance data for agents and then facilitate meetings.
1. Limited functionality on the mobile app: Betterworks's mobile interface is not that great compared to its web version. 2. Cost factor: There are competitors and other open-source tools that offer a similar set of capabilities for a cheaper cost.
Multiple downtimes could be an issue for me, while their impact is limited. Also initially adoption was a challenge.

Good tool for Company wide OKR Management
My Organization used Betterworks as main OKR tool to list and align company top objectives via top-down approach. The tool was simple to use, but the adoption was not as good as intended. We decided not to renew the contract due to the pricing model, which charged per used license (if a user logs once during a year, they are considered as license users).
