Aggregation of the data is difficult. For example, viewing a complete list of data about one team member.
When I was filling up my review, it was very complex and time consuming. It was not straightforward on where I needed to put my goals, the % of completion, etc. The User Interface looks nice but it is definitely not easy to know where to fill up the information for the reviews and goals. I was also trying to find better ways to customize it but it didn't allow me to do so that well. I also didn't notice a way to do it online so better ways to enable that would've been nice.
I have nothing that I dislike at this time.
