Specialised for OKRs, other platforms we reviewed were not specialised in the OKR model or too opinionated on the approach. Tability gave flexibility to how we apply them in our business. The Summary and Presentation views are a gamechanger to get visibility across the organisation. Integrations into Slack and Linear made it easy to fit in with current workflows.
The bigger-picture visibility - it's nice to see the goal and how each person's work contributes. The check-ins keep accountability consistent and the layout is really easy to understand.
I was especially curious about how the tool could help ensure that daily work connects to overall objectives, and it's very easy to develop a workflow through Tability that enables that.
KPI section was under developed, however was on the roadmap to resolve. Strategy view only flows down one layer ideally would be able to add more layers as required.
Reporting/analytics could be deeper and more customizable. Some workflows take longer to setup to get your goals structured the way you want. I'm looking forward to when they have more native integrations.
