Our team has found 15Five to be a genuinely useful platform for day-to-day performance management. The regular check-in cadence keeps my manager up to date on my progress without requiring lengthy meetings, and the connection to Slack means I rarely miss anything important. The betterworks platform is well designed for OKRs. It allows senior business leaders to define the strategic company direction, which allows there reports to ladder up to them, showcasing overall company alignment and completion rate to these objectives
