Discovery of the tool was easy and self-sufficient. The tability team were able to jump quickly on a call to take us through the platform. Being able to understand some of the design decisions, roadmap and capabilty made it easier to adopt.

Specialised for OKRs, other platforms we reviewed were not specialised in the OKR model or too opinionated on the approach. Tability gave flexibility to how we apply them in our business. The Summary and Presentation views are a gamechanger to get visibility across the organisation. Integrations into Slack and Linear made it easy to fit in with current workflows.

The bigger-picture visibility - it's nice to see the goal and how each person's work contributes. The check-ins keep accountability consistent and the layout is really easy to understand.

It's organized and has check-in reminders. Plus, the charts let you visualize the change over time. I love the My Focus section.

KPI section was under developed, however was on the roadmap to resolve. Strategy view only flows down one layer ideally would be able to add more layers as required.

Reporting/analytics could be deeper and more customizable. Some workflows take longer to setup to get your goals structured the way you want. I'm looking forward to when they have more native integrations.

I think the way progress is tracked could be improved. For example, I need to increase by X amount weekly. I'd like it to allow me to add the amount achieved that week and have it automatically added to the historical total. Currently, I have to manually add up and enter the total value.

So far, I'm very impressed with this tool! Goal setting is very structured and detailed without compromising an intuitive interface.
