We love the integration with Microsoft Planner. We tried other OKR tools that werent integrated before Goals was introduced and our number one issue with them was that we were duplicating task management by having tasks in Planner or To Do and inside of our OKR system.
Viva goals easily to set up or manage our OKR and they provide templates Well integrated with Teams apps, so everyone in can see the progress of the goals The OKR configuration is really customizable, weight and score the goals
Empowers Productivity. Viva Goals provides clarity on employees work and visibility into progress. It helps to track our goals through OKR's. It helps in setting my Goal.
We ran into multiple issues where we couldn't connect things like certain tasks in Planner to individual things in Goals. We have a lot of Plans in Planner and there was no way to See all Plans when trying to connect tasks, so it was a pain to get the right Plans to show up in the list.
Price, its need additional cost for each user. As this apps not included in basic O365 License Integration, as this is part of Microsoft, Viva Goals is efficient or powerful when you already have O365 in your organization. So you can't integrate it with other apps, in case you have other apps In some case, because this apps is to powerfull, some user see it as more complex apps, because the customization of the Viva Goals
The cost of the product license is expensive.
