Oboard is intuitive when it comes to OKR tracking, and I really enjoy using the tool, it's easy to learn and navigate. The dashboard features are incredibly useful for reporting and snapshots out to other teams, and allows our business to be aligned on progress and problem areas. I'm excited to see what new features and developments Oboard has in 2026, and what improvements are made. Asana Goals provides basic OKR management features, including setting a time period, ability to link opportunities (related work), setting metrics, owner, and accountable team. The wonky part is updating status. Depending on your role, whether a member or owner of the goal, you get a different view for updating status. This has caused confusion among OKR champions and KR owners. Asana recently updated the UI, and now it's not intuitive that you click on the "Latest status" box to update the status. You end up with people providing status updates in the comments section. Would be great if users had the option to update the metric AND status in one view.Read all insights and reviews for Asana
