The BigCommerce Team is passionate about their product and constantly shares the roadmap for new features and enhancements tailored to retailer's needs. They have technical support and services available and are very responsive. Once we joined BigCommerce, we felt like we had become part of a community, as we have been connected to other retailers using the platform which opens up the opportunity for knowledge sharing.

Lack of tools converting from V2 to V3

Cost soon become a factor when growing, Transactional costs could be higher than others, SEO needs to be considered.

Deployment schedules are in US time zones that don't always suit AU trade.
