They have technical support and services available and are very responsive. Once we joined BigCommerce, we felt like we had become part of a community, as we have been connected to other retailers using the platform which opens up the opportunity for knowledge sharing.
Lack of tools converting from V2 to V3
Cost soon become a factor when growing, Transactional costs could be higher than others, SEO needs to be considered.
Deployment schedules are in US time zones that don't always suit AU trade.
