As a iOS app developer, my experience with Bitrise is smooth with CI/CD, and their dashboard GUI to maintain CI/CD is easy to access and develop. It has accessibility for Xcode and Fastlane which makes the setup straightforward and also the automation makes the process faster.

The automation helps to make the flow really easy for CI/CD, and also integration with Xcode makes it easier for code signing, testing and deployment.

Like i say : - Easy to use - Strong automation capabilitites - Custom block/script support

Advanced workflow logic can get complex to maintain Debugging failed steps sometimes requires digging through logs Pricing can increase quickly with parallel builds and longer workflows

When a build fails, the logs are not as good to read, and debugging becomes a bit problematic. Also, customising the workflow takes additional effort and cost.

- Price is expensive (depending on the machine you use) - Hard to debug some fail build even with the console interface - Ui confusion sometime

We use it for almost every build and automation in our mobile process. The Interface really clear, nice to have custom block to make the process even more smooth. It helps us save a lot of time.. Some parts of bitrise can be a bit tricky and price can up a lot if you didn't find the good process
