Blackbaud makes it simple to make payments, and also sends reminders. The ease of use in the program is also helpful when there may be something I'm unsure about, it's easy to investigate and find.
Blackbaud is designed for the nonprofit sector, which is good for community organizations. Another good day for Blackbaud is community support; there are various resources available, including webinars and training materials. There are great integration options with an array third party applications, allowing organizations to streamline their processes.
Consistency and ease.
The only thing I have disliked about this product was that there sometimes were times I couldn't get in due to maintanence.
New users often find the platform complex and challenging to navigate. The user interface is outdated and not as intuitive as other modern software solutions. Blackbaud is very costly, particularly for smaller organizations.
There is minimal amounts of customization available.
