I love that you can link comments to multiple marks on artwork easily
It's very prone to glitches. For example, this morning, I was reviewing some artwork and went to record my decision. It said Click OK to record your decision which I did but instead it logged me out of the system. I logged back in and it had not recorded my decision. I tried using a different browser and the loop kept repeating. I ended up going back in several hours later and it finally let me complete my task. Things like this happen all the time.

Robust but not the most intuitive
I use Blue for my work with external clients and I like it in theory but find it very difficult to use at times. I often have to click multiple times to get where I want from the email links I receive. The system can also be very glitchy, with windows not opening or decisions not being recorded.
