Being on core teams for four different global label system implementations with our corporation, I can tell that this was by far the easiest, quickest and most successful. Working with the Innovatum team was effective, productive and enjoyable at the same time. A truly professional and knowledgeable team. The system performed as designed and expected right on the first day without any issues. The very few hypercare activities after go-live at our site in Germany were solely data and label design related and resolved promptly.

Outdated look and feel. Navigation is not always intuitive. View settings are not stored on some screens. Some reports require adjustments since they are overwhelmed with the amount of data our organization creates on a daily basis.

It has been an incredible journey since 2014 with Robar and Innovatum. Only 9 months to deploy, for 2 companies and 10000 labels, a global labeling software and FDA full UDI solution. Now, with 6 companies, a thousand of users printing labels, approving labels, managing data and sending flawlessly UDI data to FDA, GDSN, I can say it was the right choice. Innovatum team has been key in these successes: deep knowledge of their tool and FDA UDI, accountability, responsiveness, kindness.
