“User friendly application; forecasting could be better”
We use JDA AWR to replenish our 25 warehouses across the US. We used the desktop application. I do find it very user friendly and easy to teach users how to use. JDA holds an abundant of information for our skus, however we believe the reforecasting calculation could be better. Replenishment stems from a good forecast, which is the most time consuming element of replenishing using JDA as the forecast it generates are not always the strongest.

Useful but complicate
Similar to similar products, the application successfully performs warehouse management at a more affordable price. We're pleased with Support. Too easy to customise and block your later upgrade and maintenance path
The implementation went well, though was highly complex and involved. The major criticism would be the willingness of JDA to customise the product rather than suggesting alternatives through other routes or pushing back more strongly. The TCO has been high and upgrading the product after installation to maintain current version has been challenging ( due to the customisation encouraged by JDA), so it is easy to fall behind. However, even on not the most up to date version the solution has continued to perform well and supply a more than adequate service
