The system is extremely configurable for the needs of our company, and the C3 Team is always available and 100% in tune with us.
The C3 platform allows a lot of hands-off time, automating many procedures. it's ability to scale to smaller operations as well as larger ones makes scalability trustworthy. the design aesthetic is pleasing.
C3Yard has a great user interface that is highly customizable and can be configured in many different ways, to meet a wide variety of needs. The ability to optimize the assignment of work for yard drivers, to drive high levels of efficiency and save time and reduce travel distances is industry leading capability. The system is very stable, fast, and able to work effectively for a very high volume site with thousands of trailer moves per day.
The Reports feature and the ability to pull data from the system need a lot of development.
what should be simple tasks can be overly complicated sometimes, database connectivity can be slow overly wordy descriptions of tasks can be confusing
Due to ability to support highly customized workflows, the learning curve can be significant for new users. High level of user testing and training is required to have a successful implementation. Support for non-critical items can be slower than is desirable for suggested improvements, minor fixes, etc.
