The Yardview support is amazing. From asking them to develop reports to getting them to add more fields or information to certain screens, they have been able to find solutions to our needs. Yardview was instumental in helping us get our driver tablets working properly.
Excellent customer service and support anytime. Software works well on PC, Smart Phone, or Tablet. Energetic and innovative company who seems excited to provide solutions for their customers. Can easily grant carrier access to the system to allow viewing of real-time information on their assets at our complex.
User Friendly - After receiving our initial training we have been self sufficient using the system and this is with hundreds of new users being onboarded over time
I do not have one dislike that comes to mind. They have been very helpful and professional with quick responses and solutions.
Really can't think of any dislikes. YardView will engage all resources they have available to make sure we are satisfied with their product, and they never stop until they meet that goal.
Not a lot to dislike. Yardview is a great YMS solution and if you are looking for YMS, plus TMS or WMS, etc...it might not be the tool for you
