Good breadth of services available in the product with out having to purchase modules as we expand. Ongoing assistance and support via the Customer Success service is an additional bonus. Standards based approach to process management and diagramming. Staff are extremely knowledgeable about the product.
It has been a bit tricky with lack of localised resources in country. We were able to tap into the Hong Kong service office though which has been beneficial.

Ongoing support via the Premium Support offering is valuable to us to assist in defining best practice as we grow into both the product and take advantage of the maturity bonuses it can provide to our EA offerings.
