Easy to use, the UI is user friendly and easy to understand
This product, HiPM, is our main servers to help all users to maintain the passwords changes at all windows and linux platform. The support team from Bravura Pass company has outstanding records in our cases.
Downloading software is a bit awkward and clumsy. Not a great initial experience. No ability to customize the server URL in the desktop installer. This MUST be configured separately, which most users forget. Setting up different teams can be limiting and confusing. If a person is set up in ONLY the separate team, there is no way to reset their password.
