    Successful Restructuring Through Comprehensive Career Transition Services

    Our Business Strategy required consolidation, restructuring as a part of Merger & Acquisition- and we received tremendous support to plan for and manage the restructuring complexities through their Career transition services. We are extremely happy with the comprehensive Career Transition support provided, that included customized end-to-end solutions, pre-, during and post - separation support based on the needs of the organization as well as impacted employees. The Career Management support included preparing employees ho wanted to return to market or early retirement , as well as assisting us to manage the remaining employees. Overall, it brought "more heart" in the Human Resources Function.

BrightJump has offered a full outplacement service to the employees that we recently let go. Having the opportunity to attend career coaching, resume workshops, and use online job boards was helpful; this encouraged our team members to seek other jobs.

Like

1. Easy-to-use career transition platform: The platform is simple to navigate, and employees can quickly access job search tools, resume support, and career resources without much training. 2. Useful resume and job search tools BrightJump provides practical tools for building resumes, improving job applications and searching for relevant job opportunities in one place 3. Good fit within the ADP ecosystem For companies already using ADP, BrightJump can be a convenient option because it connects well with existing HR and offboarding processes.

It helped us reduce the long-term workload of supporting separating employees and helped us preserve the brand reputation. Some of the best services include - a) Expert Coaching, b)Access to Job Board with millions of job listings, c) Resume creator service that stands up to Applicant Tracking Systems, d)Resume Review, e) access to self-paced learning modules to boost networking skills and stand out in the interviews; and above all managing all the job activities in one place including Saved Jobs, Job Status , and personal notes. The success ratio was 60%, implying 6 out of every 10 impacted employees were able to secure the job- in line with the expectations and also industry standards.

Dislike

There was a common issue with the platform and when trying to get a hold of a representative regarding questions or issues one faced long waiting times. This shortage of easily accessible resources limited our ability to effectively utilize the platform for our exiting employees.

Dislike

1. Limited personalized coaching The platform is helpful for self-service career support, but the one-on-one coaching experience may feel less comprehensive than premium outplacement providers 2. Advanced career support may be limited. It works well for basic transition needs, but employees seeking deeper executive coaching, networking strategies, or specialized career guidance may need additional support. 3. Support and onboarding can vary Some users may need extra guidance at the beginning, especially if they are unfamiliar with online career transition platforms.

Dislike

Relationship Managers were frequently changed, probably because the firm was in itself witnessing attrition which did impact the continuity. Also, the costs were a tad higher compared to other service providers- may not be suited for a smaller organization.
