BrightJump has offered a full outplacement service to the employees that we recently let go. Having the opportunity to attend career coaching, resume workshops, and use online job boards was helpful; this encouraged our team members to seek other jobs.
Through BrightJump my outplaced workforce receives both resume development help and interview preparation assistance. This platform both filtered the process well for me and offered all the necessary support materials at a single accessible destination.
It helped us reduce the long-term workload of supporting separating employees and helped us preserve the brand reputation. Some of the best services include - a) Expert Coaching, b)Access to Job Board with millions of job listings, c) Resume creator service that stands up to Applicant Tracking Systems, d)Resume Review, e) access to self-paced learning modules to boost networking skills and stand out in the interviews; and above all managing all the job activities in one place including Saved Jobs, Job Status , and personal notes. The success ratio was 60%, implying 6 out of every 10 impacted employees were able to secure the job- in line with the expectations and also industry standards.
There was a common issue with the platform and when trying to get a hold of a representative regarding questions or issues one faced long waiting times. This shortage of easily accessible resources limited our ability to effectively utilize the platform for our exiting employees.
My assessment showed that BrightJump failed to adapt its approach toward employee interaction with personalized engagement. The system lacked uniqueness and delivered limited personal contact needed to handle specific employee requirements.
