The platform's extensive library of predefined actions and integration plugins has been incredibly useful. This has allowed us to piece together intricate workflows without reinventing the wheel.
- Good and lot of integrations - Easy to use user interface, first setup can be done on the UI and the YML can be generated for templating it out. - Good product decisions on things like config variables. Having them in multiple levels like workspace, pipeline etc makes it easy to store and maintain the values.

While the visual designer is excellent for most of the cases it might not handle every nuance and hence requiring manual scripting in certain situations.
- Pricing. It looks a little steep and might become a pain point. Specially the on-prem model is priced way too high considering the cost of infra is also on the user. - Sometimes the features are overwhelming and might take some time to get it right. Additional tutorials on migrating from certain CI systems could be helpful. - More documentation outlining the concepts pertaining to buddy would be nice.

Coming from having used Traditional CI systems like jenkins, travis , circle etc Buddy feels like a burst of fresh air. They have a lot of integrations that are available natively and the integrations are not built just to add numbers. As a user I can clearly see it has been thought out and not just added for the sake of it. Concepts like parallelism and concurrency have been clarified very well on the documentation.
