the ease of use to check on speeding violations.

Anytime you are dealing with things related to cell service there are going to be network changes and sunsetting that will cause headaches. There are some opportunities to update the UI on the CTC platform, but they are working on that. The contract process was a bit challenging.

Reports need to be easier to find for different uses. I find that I have to test out several reports prior to finding the ones that work best.

Due to being on the web, sometimes the program can be slow. Some of the speed limits on the system doesn't match the real speed limit posted.
