I hardly ever give 5-stars to any vendor; but, in Samsara's case, I'll make an exception. Their customer service is outstanding. Their products are all very reliable and well-tested long before they're customer-facing. The company I work for also field-tested Samsara competitors claiming to offer similar Fleet Management System (FMS) products/services. It's really hard to overstate how far ahead of the game Samsara is compared to its competition.

“Customer Service Limitations Impact Real-Time Assistance During Vehicle Theft Incident”
While the equipment is good quality, easy to install and works as directed, I was very disappointed in the 5 minute cap per month that you can view vehicles. A company our size made sure we had extended viewing, however, the representative would not assist me with going over the 5 minute cap (in error) when a vehicle was stolen and I ahd to give realtime information to law enforcement
