The sales and onboarding experience was marvelous as we had an excellent, informative and responsive rep and the demo process was detailed and intensive. Once we signed on, the process to onboard the product is quick and painless and our dedicated rep is here to resolve any issues that may arise. The only drawback we had was that it can become a bit costly to use the more features you look to add on.
