Installation process through CMS Plugin was easy. We tried custom HTML code which has some issues. Interface for Agent is simple where left panel has all options required for storage customer data and historical reports.
Ease for the customer. They don't care about what type of software we have, they just want to talk to a human, and quickly. It's uncluttered and easy to navigate. Finally, the support is solid.
Generically targeted lead segments proved challenging to design due to my inability to use precise criteria. My messages went out as generic content to multiple audience members even though they might not align with specific qualified potential customers.
ServiceNow Integration with Pre-Built Connector isn't available and customer connectors is hard to implement. Hence Our goal is to have a centralized ticketing tool is not happening due to Call Page.
Support can be hit or miss on what hours they're working. It did take a little long to implement and there were some kinks to work out, but overall it was worth it. Finally, I wish the brand had more name recognition.
