What I like most and appreciate is the intuitive, easy to use platform. I really like the interface and comprehensive dashboard, making it easy for marketers and sales teams to get value without much training. My confidence was high with this platform due to the interface but also from our point of contact! He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed but also as someone who wants us to the best we can!
The ability to filter traffic and visitors based on certain criteria. Lots of filters are available, which allow for precise reports.
Lead Forensics shows us exactly which companies are visiting our web pages. This has helped the BDMs to reach out to those companies directly resulting in quality lead conversions. It also has an intelligent filtering option whereby we can create rules according to our criteria, helping us target those companies better.
Honestly not much, only thing I could think of is being only able to identify the companies and not the individual
Occasional hiccups and integration problems. Visitor data wasn't being correctly attributed when integrated with HubSpot.
The product is great for account based marketing, however there are some challenges in terms of identifying who the actual visitor was, especially when it's a bigger company i.e. a consultancy.
