The product is great for account based marketing, however there are some challenges in terms of identifying who the actual visitor was, especially when it's a bigger company i.e. a consultancy.
Occasional hiccups and integration problems. Visitor data wasn't being correctly attributed when integrated with HubSpot.
The high level dashboards are currently un-customisable to exclude certain segments of data
