I like its user-friendly interface and features that make managing digital content easier. The ability to integrate digital curriculum through LTIs has improved the learning experience for our students.
Love the chat feature!
I greatly appreciate the top-notch level of 24/7 chat and phone support that Canvas offers through our plan tier. This alleviates a great amount of stress and anxiety when we do experience the occasional error. With that said, I also appreciate the high uptime on Canvas and their swift responses to any issues that arise. This program is not user friendly
I dislike the bland look of the Modules page. It would be nice to add more color/image options to each module. I also dislike how our account is charged by student who log in at least once. I wish that the pricing would be determined by amount of usage. It has improved lately, but I also do not like the discussion forum layout. Discussions would be better organized by indentation and threads, rather than replies that seem to be listed out.
