The quality of their people is also something that sets them apart, meaning that what they sell in shows up in delivery. The real litmus test here is that in the 10+ years I have worked with Capgemini it is very common to not realise who works for Capgemini and who works for the client as the strength of the partnership is very strong. Capgemini takes responsibility for the highs and lows of a partnership through a real sense of ownership, something not all partners possess. Finally, I would say that Capgemini are open and honest in where their strengths lay and also in being very transparent on where AI and technology can help, versus where it can't, unlike some of their competitors that claim AI will solve everything.
