Overall positive experience. NTT data brought strong delivery discipline, experienced teams and structured experience to digital experience program. Planning and execution was generally smooth and the breadth of capabilities helped address complex requirements. Areas like GenAI could improve further, but overall engagement was reliable and value-driven.

In my experience, I find that they deliver a very strong mix of technical depth, design expertise, and execution discipline. Their teams generally feel well-aligned, structured, and highly capable in delivering modern digital platforms. The end-to-end approach-from strategy to UX to engineering and optimization - gives me confidence that complex digital initiatives will be handled professionally. However, while the outcomes are strong, in communication flow and speed of decision making, it could've been smoother.

Most of the Infosys resources are well equipped with required tool experience., but they lack motivation. At the beginning of the project these vendor needs lot of hand holding and we could have wished they take a charge and work on the project. In an ongoing project too there is a lot of spoon feeding which is time consuming. On the other hand they do deliver what is committed and be on the timelines.

The offerer service seemed to be costly at the beginning. However, upon revision reach and every area viz, the content strategy, the automation around that she the overall features were the areas that showed the value.

it is clear that Deloitte as a company have a lot of experience in their service offering, but actual delivery does depend on the person one is dealing with, so it can differ from person to person
