    Most of the Infosys resources are well equipped with required tool experience., but they lack motivation. At the beginning of the project these vendor needs lot of hand holding and we could have wished they take a charge and work on the project. In an ongoing project too there is a lot of spoon feeding which is time consuming. On the other hand they do deliver what is committed and be on the timelines.
