sometime lack deep analysis , customization limitation, requires access to source code

Sower support response, difficulty when source codes can't be shared are a couple issues I have experienced.

1. sometime the suggestion sem repetitive 2. not that easy to learn and configure . takes a bit of time and documentation is not that easy to follow. 3. UI/UX is a bit confusing at first.
