We greatly appreciate the configuration flexibility of the Cayenta product. This flexibility has enabled us to rapidly accomplish major customer facing projects in a fraction of the time our old system would have (a customer rebate project took 3 weeks in Cayenta to implement and execute when our old system would have taken 12 to 14 weeks). We have been able to accurately implement customer changes such as tax code changes in a matter of days which included comprehensive testing for accuracy. We continue to benefit from Cayenta's product innovations as they release new features and functionality that we can leverage to become more efficient, effective, and provide better services to our customers. An example is a new module that will take utility customer communications to a new level as we provide customers with the ability to define the method, the mechanism, the frequency, and the focus of our regular communications with them. In short, the utility business is evolving quickly and Cayenta's product offering enables us to be at the forefront of that evolution on behalf of our customers.

The product is configurable and relatively easy to use. There are many options in how to use the product, and it's relatively intuitive for end users.

The effort to upgrade is significant. The possibilities in the upgrades are robust, but it takes a lot to get there.
