i like the colorful user interface and the ability to see birthdays and work anniversaries up front
Automatically zooms in the right amount (not too much or too little) once you search an individual or department to instantly show you the people closely linked to your search that you would want to see
The most helpful features of this product are: 1. Customization - allows usage of templates, styles, colors etc to closely match our company theme 2. Integration - It is very easy to migrate from our existing product to Charthop. Loved the import/export features to aid migration. It also integrates well with other people-operation products 3. Security - Allows configuration of confidential info and limits them to only individuals, their managers and that hierarchy of management 4. Visualization - Can visualize by location, department, direct reportees etc
its not clear how to zoom in and out to show bigger or smaller spans and layers. also i wish we could connect other employee profiles into charthop so we could contact people directly from it
I would prefer if the employee's residential location information (state) was not included on ChartHop. There's no way for an employee like myself to toggle the sharing of this information on or off, and I don't necessarily want everyone at my organization to instantly be able to see my work location with a distributed workforce. The same premise holds for sharing of my photo, which is automatically synced and displayed.
Definitely higher on the cost site, can help build more integrations with other tools
