The tool works very well at providing a rich level of insights and detail about the wireless and wired network in terms of location awareness data. It is also integrates very well with other tools such as MazeMaps and such like

I didn't quite give this platform a 4 of our 5 stars because the implementation takes time and wasn't as adaptable to our transit environment than we'd hoped. The technology is there but we should have done more research.

What stands out most about the tool is, the location services and maps capability, including the AI feature. Workspace analytics is also great, since it provides data on space utilization, occupancy trends, valuable historical data, and real-time insights. Environmental monitoring for those that use it is also interesting, which speaks to the breadth and depth of what the tool can offer.

The technology is there for implementation. The support is there to answer questions, technical or otherwise. Lastly, the communication ability between offices in our locations is fantastic.

The solution is opening new data insights related to factories and offices usage. Thanks to the support of Cisco CX in implementing and deploying the solution, we reached the project roll out, integrating all data from WLAN controllers with Spaces

Nothing, since over the years of using it, the tool has demonstrated the power and benefits that it delivers

The adaptability is not the enough for the transit sector. We should have thought harder and done additional research before venturing with this technology. We do believe the technology would work better in different areas of industry. We are not going to utilize the technology well enough to warrant the cost.

Some functions are not fully available if you don't purchase advanced licensing. thi si s a limit to have better inisght divided by SSID for example
