Read Full ReviewWithout any doubt the thing I like most about it is how Umbrella offers complete DNS and IP layer control and by that I mean that it can prevent users from connecting to malicious or unauthorized destinations and that way, it stops data exfiltrations from within our business LIVE.

The things which I disliked about the product are : - 1) Multiple licenses - it has multiple licenses and the features are limited to different types of licenses, for example the feature to integrate the users from DUO is limited to higher license only. The licensing tiers are also complex and users get confused in it sometims 2) Cost and expenses - The cost is higher than the other DNS security competitors. 3) Integrations - integrating with 3rd part tools and also with AD and other IDp is a complex task and sometimes the connectors used to integrate doesn't work so they ahve to be changed as per the customer's environment requirements
