The qualities which I really liked about the product are : 1) Strong threat intel - Cisco Umbrella is integrated with Cisco Talos and also uses machine learning and real time data to stop attacks 2) Cloud based environment - Since it's a SAAS based solution so it becomes really helpful to scale the solution as per the requirement. 3) Fast performance and efficiency - the performance observed by the users is remarkable

The fact that the most basic feature that a DNS firewall should perform (ruling) is mostly part of a different, very expensive package.
