Sin duda lo mas visible y mas valorable son sus respuestas automaticas cuando detecta elevado movimiento de datos en un endpoint. El tratamiento que hace multientorno de la informacion (correo, usb, cloud, etc) le da un valor añadido muy valorable por nuestros clientes. La gestion centralizada en clientes con solucion de antivirus EDR en conjuncion con esto es muy valorable porque las politicas de seguridad se establecen en un mismo sitio lo que facilita su despliegue y mantenimiento.
Read Full ReviewThe standout feature for us is the granularity of its policy engine. We are not limited to simple keyword matching. The ability to define sensitive data using a combination of dictionaries, regular expressions, and document fingerprinting is extremely powerful. We can create highly specific rules to identify things like financial reports or engineering documents and then apply precise actions. For example, we can allow a user to copy a sensitive file to a trusted corporate SharePoint site but block the same file from being uploaded to a personal cloud storage service or copied to a USB drive. This level of contextual control is critical for enabling the business while still protecting our data.

El principal handicap que le vemos es el impacto que en ocasiones ha tenido sobre los endpoint que administra siendo ademas dificil de identificar si es por este motivo o por el propio EDR en clientes con ambas soluciones del fabricante. No es un producto barato para las prestacciones que ofrece, se han caido propuestas en ese sentido por este motivo. Tampoco es facilmente ajustable o customizable a requerimientos del cliente para optimizar la propuesta economica. Su primer despliegue es costoso en el tiempo y hay que aplicarlo de una forma escalonada en el tiempo, tomando muchas mas precauciones de las previstas. Ademas no tenemos buenas experiencias con el propio soporte del fabricante en casos de mas complejidad.

Read Full ReviewThe biggest challenge is the complexity and the initial high rate of false positives. If you are not extremely precise in how you define your policies, you will inevitably block legitimate business workflows, leading to a flood of helpdesk tickets and frustrated users. The management console, while powerful, can also feel a bit dated and cumbersome to navigate. Fine-tuning a single policy might require clicking through multiple screens and sub-menus. The endpoint agent, while effective, can also introduce noticeable performance overhead on older machines if not configured carefully.
