Sometimes initial tuning is requrired to reduce unwnated alerts, and pricing can be higher for some organizations. But overall it is a solid and reliable solution.

The platform does well in identifying threats and anomalies through behavioural analytics and machine learning models. They provide good context about a security alert. But, sometimes the alert may not be clear about the activity that is the cause for it and even the query language is difficult to get used to and work with.
