I really like the stability and security that it provides, and how reactive and quick it is. I did not experience any issues so far. Compared to the software we were using before, Citrix Gateway is a bit easier to use but considerably faster

I like the GUI and how easy it is to create virtual servers and how easy it is to upload certs.

Centralized access control and reliable, scalable remote access.

Nothing really, it does the job i need it to do and it works very well.

Support can be really good or very unhelpful at times. Sometimes the KB articles are not accurate when it comes to code.

Configuration and administration require in-depth product knowledge
