The three aspects I would highlight most are: 1. Flexibility and adaptability, which has allowed us to customize the parameters to suit our business according to the branch where we operate, 2. Data integration in a single environment; we have sales, pharmacy, prescription, and demand data in one environment, 3. Real-time visibility with its offline-online options, allowing us to know what is happening with the sales force.
