    Creatio's customisation helps you use the CRM all across a business

    I am yet to find something that Creatio cannot do. They are very pleasant to work with and I meet regularly with my Partner Success Manager, to make sure we are on top of projects and plans. We now use Creatio across all of the business. We are currently working on some new integrations into the system which is enjoyable.

That you can figure most things out for yourself using the guides and academy, but support are there for when you need extra help

Our sales team's success with this Five Star program has now branched out to scheduling and administration departments. Office interaction is more fluid. Automated sorting of emails/ phone call notes gives us vital details when conversation recall is needed. We also enjoy the Click to Dial feature to avoid wrong number misdials and to minimize overall dial times. If we do have questions or performance issues, the tech support team is ready to assist anytime. Thank you to the brilliant minds that keep CRM Creatio performing at the highest level with No-Code/Low-Code!

I would like to see a stronger focus on Governance tools

I would like to have email reminders in most sections, rather than having to learn how to write processes for this it would be good if there was an option for this already built.

User fees should start at 15 and scale by 10's after that. Adding or removing just one or two employees during the year should be a more flexible given... Training videos should be a step by step introduction that covers basic CRM.
