Ease of use, the quickness of getting it set-up, and the reporting have been great.

Like

There are key attributes that make Close-Up CRM the best option when comparing to key solutions available in the market. Upon first contact with the solution, we noticed the look and feel is much better than what is currently being offered by other companies. Our sales force had no issues, doubts or complaints while testing the solution. Actually, there was a natural adoption from Day-1. Secondly, the reporting tools are very easy to work with. Managers had no issues working with the data and extracting reports for further analysis. The third and most important aspect that we noticed is the flexibility and openness that all the people we interacted with at Close-Up showed. We had several very specific adjustment requirements that Close-Up developed the solution for, and in an impressively short timeframe. Several other stakeholders testified from past experiences with other suppliers offering decent solutions, but with very limited flexibility and tend to be costly.

Our sales force of +150 people was at a crucial moment, launching a new set of products. The moment was critical with no space for mistakes. Our internal team, with individuals with more than 20 years of experience, started the evaluation 1-year before the launching. We took the time to deeply evaluate a couple of other suppliers. We went through a structured process to evaluate the suppliers that started with the briefing, setup and field testing before starting talking about costs and investments.
