Ease of use, the quickness of getting it set-up, and the reporting have been great.
There are key attributes that make Close-Up CRM the best option when comparing to key solutions available in the market. Upon first contact with the solution, we noticed the look and feel is much better than what is currently being offered by other companies. Our sales force had no issues, doubts or complaints while testing the solution. Actually, there was a natural adoption from Day-1. Secondly, the reporting tools are very easy to work with. Managers had no issues working with the data and extracting reports for further analysis. The third and most important aspect that we noticed is the flexibility and openness that all the people we interacted with at Close-Up showed. We had several very specific adjustment requirements that Close-Up developed the solution for, and in an impressively short timeframe. Several other stakeholders testified from past experiences with other suppliers offering decent solutions, but with very limited flexibility and tend to be costly.

It does not have all of the bells and whistles some more expensive CRM's might have, but it still delivers for the price point.
