Our experience with Cloud4Wi has been made outstanding due to our wonderful support Rep. While we have had some difficulties with some implementations, that are beyond Cloud4Wi - areas of additional technological functions with heat-mapping, etc, rep, has always been incredibly gracious with her time and availability to help explain how we can use the product to the best of its potential. She has been incredibly proactive during COVID to see how Cloud4Wi can further support our goals, and even when we were closed to the public for some time, she had creative ideas and solution's to offer. Sometimes the product can seem very user friendly and actually turns out to be very complicated on the backend, but the team at Cloud4Wi - for our front facing engagement - has always been very responsive to help my team figure out how to achieve our goals and walk us through any areas of confusion on the system. Giving us the tools to use the system better on our own, while then always checking in to advise on the latest updates the company is making and how it can better serve our visitors needs.
