I love that everything is so easily managed in one portal, being able to consolidate all of it makes things easier than chasing down configurations through different locations or portals. The metrics are great, being able to see exactly what sort of traffic is going through the site and where its coming from. The newish AI crawl feature is very helpful, seeing what traffic is bots and giving us control over how much bot crawling we want to block.
The speed of propagation. If I make a DNS change or update a WAF rule, it's live globally in seconds, not minutes.
1. DNS propagation is near-instant 2. WAF rules are flexible and block real threats without exceeding false positives 3. The analytics dashboards gives useful traffic and security visibility out of the box
Some of the pay walls for features seem unnecessary as the features are so small.
The dashboard is getting a little busy. They ship new features so fast that sometimes the UI feels a bit cluttered, and finding a specific setting you haven't touched in months can feel like a scavenger hunt. I also wish the support response times were a bit snappier for non-critical tickets.
1. Support response times are slow 2. Some WAF and rate limiting features require higher-tier plans. which are expensive 3. The rules interface has gone thorugh several UI changes, making it confusing when following older documentation
